In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is not as described or pictured in the auction listing, please contact us via E-bay message immediately upon item arrival and return the item to us within 30 days. Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to inspect the item prior to shipping a replacement item or issuing a refund. If the results of our inspection of the item are favorable we will send you a replacement item identical to the auction listing for the item you purchased. If no replacement item is available and the results of our inspection of the item are favorable, we will issue a refund for the initial cost of the item and initial shipping charges.
